Current status
P-LAB is not accepting orders. This page explains the consumer-rights baseline and the return arrangements that must be finalised before launch. There are no P-LAB customer payments to refund through this preview.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty, unsafe or materially misdescribed goods may entitle you to a remedy. For a major failure, consumers can choose a refund or replacement, subject to the law. The appropriate response to other problems depends on the circumstances.
Opened items and change of mind
An opened seal does not automatically remove rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods. A voluntary change-of-mind policy is separate from those rights; its conditions have not been finalised. No additional change-of-mind offer is being made by this preview.
Requesting help
Before sales open, this page will provide a tested support contact and return destination. For a future order, keep reasonable proof of purchase and, where helpful, the batch number and photos of the issue. Do not post an item to an unconfirmed address or send card details or identity documents.
Costs and refund handling
Where a product problem is confirmed, reasonable return costs must be handled in accordance with consumer law. Refunds will not be forced into store credit where a money refund is legally due. Exact operational processing estimates and the bundle/partial-return process will be published before purchase.
Cancellation and non-delivery
The demo bag does not form an order. Before launch, cancellation instructions will distinguish requests before dispatch from parcels already handed to a carrier. Delay, loss and inability to supply will be resolved consistently with applicable consumer rights; carrier handover does not erase those rights.
