The shipping plan
When sales open, standard shipping will be free to Australian delivery addresses, with no minimum order. International shipping is not offered. No express upgrade or paid shipping option is currently offered.
Before dispatch
Orders are not open. Stock location, dispatch processing time, carrier coverage and transit estimates are still being confirmed. We will publish them before accepting payment—not promise a delivery date we cannot support.
Dispatch time means the time before a parcel is handed to the carrier. Transit time starts after that handover. They will be shown separately, including any regional delivery limitations.
Tracking and delays
Tracking arrangements and a working support channel will be published before launch. A tracking number or label alone does not mean the carrier has received a parcel. If delivery is delayed or a parcel is missing, the seller must help resolve it rather than simply send the customer to the carrier.
Delivery addresses and bundles
Address validation, PO Box and parcel-locker coverage, remote-area serviceability and split-bundle arrangements must be confirmed before sales open. Any delivery exclusion will be displayed before purchase. Free standard shipping will not become a surprise remote-area surcharge.
